Emily and I attended a nature journaling class last Saturday. We were provided with supplies to draw, color, and paint. It was an unexpected cool morning. Em went for a walk and found a turtle to draw.
This pretty little bowl was irresistible, so I bought it. It’s perfect for serving a side salad for two, and it even came with recipes to bake bread.
Mornings were so much cooler this week. We woke to 60 degree temps, a relief to the record breaking heat.
At our city’s Earth Day celebration, I picked up some free pumpkin seeds. There are four different kinds of pumpkins and they have taken over the garden. I see jack-o-lanterns in our future.
Two celebrations rounded out my week. A baby shower and a birthday party!
